Kitchen Design Package
A full kitchen remodel can be a time consuming and labor intensive process. Living without a kitchen for weeks (sometimes months!) on end can fray anyone’s nerves and test relationships. We know what this is like because we’ve been there. And we’re here to help make sure you do things the right way the first time.
When you purchase our kitchen e-Design package, you will receive everything that is included in the room package plus detailed elevation drawings and cabinetry plans based on standard cabinet sizes with the option for custom cabinetry designs based on your budget. As part of the process, we will work with you to understand how you truly use your kitchen from feeding your kids to providing a spot for crafts and projects to displaying your grandmother’s china.
Purchasing a custom set of plans from us will enable you to visit your local cabinetry suppliers and compare quotes based on one standard set of drawings, rather than going through the design process over and over again with each cabinet maker. We are very knowledgable on many of the national cabinetry lines and can also make recommendations to you on which line might be appropriate for your project.
Pricing Levels
- Small (< 100 sq feet or approximately 10’ x 10’): $1000
- Medium (100 sq feet to 200 sq feet or approximately 13’ x 15’): $1300
- Large (> 200 sq feet): $1500
By using our Ala Carte services (listed below) you can draw on our expertise throughout the remodeling process. We can consult with you for tile, appliances, cabinetry, flooring, lighting, you name it. We can meet with contractors on site to work through any changes or issues that might arise (because they always do). And, we can help with the final move in, helping you organize and display all of your belongings, so that your kitchen works efficiently and looks beautiful from day one.

Bathroom Design Package
Bathrooms can have their own challenges, especially if they involve custom cabinetry and detailed tile installation. Due to their small size, everything needs to fit into the space perfectly, and there is little room for error. Detailed tile patterns require precise installation in order to look perfect. We can help by preparing drawings for your bathroom remodel that will allow for clear communication with contractors and sub-contractors on exactly how the end result should look.
We have experience with creating interesting tile patterns and using stock materials to design custom looks. We can help you achieve a beautiful, efficient and updated bathroom and help to minimize issues and mistakes along the way.
With the Bathroom Design Package, you’ll receive everything included in the Room Plan Package along with detailed elevations that will show cabinetry, fixture placement (including accessories like towel bars), lighting and tile design. As with the Kitchen e-Design package, you will be able to use our plans to easily compare bids from contractors and suppliers.
Pricing Levels
- Hall or ¾ Bathroom: $800
- En-suite Bathroom: $1000
Please note that neither the Kitchen e-Design Package nor Bathroom e-Design Package is intended for final construction. On-site measurements from your general contractor will be required prior to purchasing any cabinetry or other materials. The plans are intended to streamline the design process by providing both a cohesive roadmap for choosing the style and finishes of your new room as well as a guide for selecting contractors and suppliers.
